A year and a half ago I decided to do a project for my baby girl based off of the book “I love you the Purplest.” I would call the project “I love you the Indigoist.” One photo later and life got busy. I continued to look for things that fit my vision, but it is a matter of having a camera in hand at the right moments.
We were camping this past weekend in a meadow full of wildflowers. It was an incredible place with a lake, snowcapped mountains and fields that have exploded in wildflowers. As evening came the meadow came alive in an amazing blue hue color. If only I’d had a camera ready for the moment. It was perfect.
The next morning I woke earlier than the rest of my family and took my camera for a walk to capture just a few of the many wildflowers that painted the meadow. Red. Yellow. White. Pink. And incredible purple and blue.

I love youthe Indigoist
I love you sweet baby. I miss you everyday. I am thankful for the reminders all around that keep you close.
